GetFridgeToPlate ("we", "our", or "us") provides a smart food assistant, pantry tracker, and recipe generation application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service and the choices you have associated with that data.

A. Camera and Media Photos (Device Data)

To utilize features such as visual ingredient recognition, expiry analysis, and pantry scanning, you may grant the app permission to access your camera or photo library. Photos you submit are strictly processed to analyze food ingredients and generate cooking suggestions. We do not sell or use your images for unauthorized third-party tracking.

B. Account and Contact Information

If you create an account, we may collect your email address, display name, and unique user identifier (UID) through Google Firebase Authentication to authenticate you across devices and sync your saved recipes.

C. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase a premium plan, financial transactions are securely processed by official app store billing platforms (such as Google Play Billing / RevenueCat / Stripe). We do not store or have direct access to your credit card or sensitive payment details.

D. Diagnostics and Usage Analytics

We may collect anonymous crash reports, app performance data, and non-identifiable usage statistics to troubleshoot bugs and improve application speed.

3. Permissions Requested

• Camera (android.permission.CAMERA): Required to photograph food items and ingredients in real-time.
• Storage / Photos (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required to allow selecting existing food images from your gallery.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to send pantry expiry reminders and helpful recipe tips (optional, can be disabled anytime in device settings).
• Internet (INTERNET): Required to communicate with our secure AI backend and sync data.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted industry-standard service providers:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and cloud hosting infrastructure.
• Google Play Billing & RevenueCat: Secure digital subscription validation.
• AI Inference APIs: For culinary recipe calculation and nutritional breakdowns.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide the service. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time:

• Via the in-app Settings > Delete Account feature, or

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

A. Kamera ve Görsel İzinleri

Dolaptaki malzemeleri tanıma, son kullanma tarihi okuma ve kiler analizi yapabilmek amacıyla kameranıza ve fotoğraf galerinize erişim izni talep edilir. Yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar yalnızca gıdalarınızı analiz etmek ve size tarif üretmek amacıyla işlenir; üçüncü şahıslara satılmaz.

B. Hesap Bilgileri

Hesap oluşturduğunuzda e-posta adresiniz ve kullanıcı kimliğiniz Firebase kimlik doğrulama altyapısında güvenle tutulur. Bu sayede tarifleriniz ve kileriniz cihazlarınız arasında eşitlenir.

C. Uygulama İçi Satın Almalar

Premium abonelik işlemleri Google Play Store resmi ödeme sistemi üzerinden yürütülür. Kredi kartı veya ödeme bilgileriniz tarafımızca saklanmaz ve erişilemez.

3. Veri Silme ve Kullanıcı Hakları

Kişisel verilerinizin veya hesabınızın silinmesini dilediğiniz zaman uygulama içerisindeki Ayarlar menüsünden veya getfridgetoplate@gmail.com adresine e-posta göndererek talep edebilirsiniz. Talebiniz üzerine kayıtlı tüm verileriniz kalıcı olarak imha edilir.
